PLAIN AND PREMIUM GRADES

GRADES ISO BANDS APPLICATION AREAS
P40 P35 - P40 For roughing materials at low cutting speeds and unfavourable conditions
K10 K5 - K15 For machining aluminium alloys
K20 K20 - K30 Combines good abrasive wear resistance and toughness for milling of aluminium and cast iron under moderate cutting conditions.
Polished face inserts for Aluminium alloys

APPLICATION AREAS

SM5

P10 - P30 Main grade for milling steel. Very high resistance to thermal and mechanical stresses. High wear resistance and edge stability
K40 K10 - K20 Special grade of tungsten carbide for machining titanium and proprietory materials like 'Inconell' & 'WAS'. Use slow speeds, medium feeds with coolant in use.
HM2 K10 - K25 Cast iron milling grade displays it's strength especially in machining under unsteady cutting conditions at low to medium cutting speeds.
