Multi-Edge Ripfeed range of End Mills and Face Mills

Recently released are a range of Ripfeed End Mills and Face Mills. The Maydown range represents a 'new milling generation of cutters for rapid metal removal'. The unique inserts design and approach angles ensure that the cutting forces are predominantly directed in an axial direction, leading to high work piece stability and constant volumn of chip throughout all aspects of machining. Ripfeed is ideal for mould and die machining, producing a close to profile side wall.

Centre Cutting Index Drill Mills

3 sizes available all with the ability to centre cut and with a increased length of cut over a standard End Mill.

Due to the centre placed insert these cutters will be able to plunge, ramp and counterbore as well as slotting and side cutting. Producing a very versatile cutter especially as they will be using our APKT/APHT inserts with geometry's to suit all materials inc, Light alloy and Stainless steel.

Hi-Speed Routers - Rapid material removal on Aluminium, Copper Alloys and Plastics
Another product range we have recently introduced  are routers for aluminium. They use the highly effective VCGT/VPGT insert.
